  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Important Notice:
Final sale items, personalized products, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

  3. Receive a prepaid return label via email

  4. Package and ship your item back to us

  5. We'll process your exchange within 3–5 business days

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
